Automated Tournament will be added to StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void and can be played after the next beta update. Players can now join ranked tournaments that are organized automatically by the servers. Meanwhile, a recent leak surfaced online and revealed a solid November 27 release date for the game.

This reported StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void Automated tournament will be full of players of the same level and will function as a bracket instead of the ladder matches. Here are the details of the two formats that have been announced for the event.

3-Round Tournaments:

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday
  • Duration: Approximately 60-90 minutes
  • Format: Single-elimination brackets

6-Round Tournaments:

  • Schedule: Friday-Sunday
  • Duration: Approximately 3-4 hours
  • Format: Group Stage -> Single-elimination bracket

More details on the StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void Automated Tournament are provided at Blizzard's official website.

    A player can only join in one tournament at a time unless he survives in the first round and he can immediately sign up for the next tournament where players are automatically assigned defined points, PCGamesN reports.

    Meanwhile, a recent leak on the release date of StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void has surfaced online and revealed that the game will be out on November 27 this year. Last week, South African online retailer, Raru, has posted pre-order page for StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void with a subtitle right under the pre-order link that reads, 'Expected: 27 Nov 2015'.

    This leaked release date still jives with Activision Blizzard's announcement during its Q2 2015 earnins report where StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void is confirmed to arrive in 2015. Raru is said to be incredibly notorious for leaking information on pre-orders where it is said that it gained its credibility when it accurately leaked "the existence" of Greninja, Jigglypuff and Splatoon, and Amiibo, according to Lazygamer.

    StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void is developed for Windows PC and Mac OS X. A beta testing was offered to a select few gamers last March 31 and confirmed to officially release before end of 2015..
