Southeast Asian private equity firm, Navis Capital Partners, has concluded its investment into TES-Enivirocorp, an electronic waste or e-waste division leader based in Singapore but known globally.
Navis was founded in 1998 and its focus since then has been into public and private equity investments in Southeast Asia. Navis shares its management and capital skills to a few numbers of well-established companies with the goal of improving its stratagem, operations and revenue. TES-Since its creation in 2005, TES-Envirocorp continues to grow and has become a leader in the electronic waste industry in Asia Pacific.
Part of the investment deal, Navis will buy majority equity interest in TES-Envirocorp with the assurance that Navis will further invest in the growth of the company. With the investment of Navis, TES-Envirocorp will be able to pursue its plans to grow regionally including its entry in the US and Europe. In addition, the group will support expansion of potential opportunities in remarketing and other services that is related to e-waste.
