Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, the leading developer of mobile application for local media, StepLeader Inc, announced that it was able to raise US$4.4 million at its recently concluded financial infusion round. River Cities Capital Funds headed the investment with added finances given by Bull City Venture Partners. Rik Vandevenne and Ed McCarthy of River Cities will be joining the Board of Directors of StepLeader while David Jones of Bull City will be part of the board as an observer.
