"Real Housewives of New York" Season 8 might just get an additional woman as part of the cast as Jenny McCarthy revealed she was invited by one of the stars of the show, Bethenny Frankel, to join the series. It has also been revealed that Democratic Presidential bet Hillary Clinton loves the show.
McCarthy talked about "Real Housewives of New York" on her radio show in SiriusXM. She share that Frankel sent her an email asking if she was open to the possibility of joining the reality show, Christian Today reported. Being the new housewife for the Bravo TV show is the role that McCarthy will play if ever she decides to join the series.
McCarthy shared, "She said, 'Hi Jenny,' and I thought, 'Oh my God, that's so weird, I'm watching the housewives of New York right now." The comedienne pointed out in her show that she loves the show and loves watching the drama but the problem is she would be having a difficult time debating whether or not she wanted to be part of "Real Housewives of New York."
McCarthy added, "The problem is I'd have to go in with a choice and that is to be the peaceful warrior or the [expletive] starter, and I don't know which one I'd enjoy doing." The 42-year-old even joked that she would only join if the show will be her gateway to stop paying taxes, iSchoolGuide reported.
The star also noted that she would love to slap some sense into the women who are part of the series but at the same time she does not want to ruin anybody's life. She then took to Twitter to ask her followers what they think of her appearing in the reality TV series. McCarthy is the wife of Donnie Wahlberg and they once starred in the series "Donnie Loves Jenny."
Meanwhile, it was revealed that Democratic presidential bet Hillary Clinton loves "Real Housewives of New York. Dorinda, one of the wives on the show, revealed that a person she knows used to work for Clinton's campaign and that insider shared, "You know I just want to tell you that Hillary really enjoys you on the show."
There is no word yet as to when "Real Housewives of New York" will be coming back to the small screen.
