The Phoeniz. AZ based specialty retailer and partner for the loyalty marketplace, Skymall has entered into a merger agreement with a subsidiary of Xhibit Corp, the leading provider for digital marketing and advertising solutions.
The companies' combined expertise would help focus on the creation of next generation interactive platforms to give the nearly 650 million viewers of Skymall and 135 million members of its loyalty division access to an enhanced and complete client experience.
According Skymall CEO Kevin Weiss, who would concurrently be the CEO of Xhibit Corp, said, "Skymall and Xhibit are a perfect match of innovation, marketing and technology.
