Far Cry 5 Not Yet in Development As Per Ubisoft; Fans Speak Out Requests, Creative Director Rejoins Developer

By

Far Cry 5, or at least rumors of it, have spread all throughout the gaming world since Ubisoft' Far Cry 4 became a massive success in the open-world first-person shooter genre; naturally, gamers would certainly expect and wish for a continuity in the franchise.

That being said, fans are more than excited to speak out what they would want and would perhaps be utterly beneficial to the game's future. Moreover, a familiar face for the team that brought the previous installments has come back to Ubisoft.

Unfortunately, there has still been no information regarding the existence of Far Cry 5, let alone the development of it. According to Latinospost, regardless of whether the game itself may already be an idea, a work in progress or none at all, a few points to consider will most likely be a contributing factor for the supposed Far Cry 5.

Some key points that the alleged and still unconfirmed Far Cry 5 should have, include the thorough improvement of the open world experience that the players must achieve. One other thing is a fresh and genuine antagonist that can bring flavor to the story. Weather conditions, weapons and vehicular improvements are also to be addressed, as per the fans.

Putting the requests aside, given that the supposed Far Cry 5 will still have the game system as the previous, it will still be patronized by the fans. This is of course, a decision that Ubisoft has to make, much like the return of one personality that has been gone for quite some time, as delivered by Game Spot.

Clint Hocking, the Creative Director of Far Cry 2 and Splinter Cell, was recently reported by PlayStation Lifestyle. After working with Amazon Game Studios, has decided to go back to the company that he exited a few years back. As he refused to disclose the game he is currently working on, would it be a possibility that Far Cry 5 is to land on his table as a project?

Fans must stay put and keep their selves posted for more Far Cry 5 possibilities and news in the future. Ubisoft certainly has a lot on their plate; other titles and possible expansions are possibly the heaviest priorities of this power house developer.
