Cliff Bleszinski is heightening up the storm for his new game LawBreakers. Boss Key Productions, Bleszinski's own studio, recently revealed the first gameplay for his pilot project during PAX Prime on August 28. Fans and players eagerly waiting for the game's release now had a glimpse of the playable characters and one of its fighting grounds.

A few of the gaming arena for this PC first-shooter were showed off in the video, according to Gamespot. Some characters and their classes were also introduced.

There are two playable female characters in the game. IGN further described these characters. Kitsune is an Assassin who is proficient at close-quarter combat and possesses two blades and grappling hooks as her weapons. The press release said: "...what she lacks in durability she more than makes up for in damage output and mobility."

Maverick is a Skirmisher who uses her jetpacks to fly out of dangerous situations. She has this certain ability, called Starfall, to jump high into the sky and swoop back down at a high velocity.

A Breacher is a Gunner and a "well-rounded soldier." His "run-and-gun gameplay is well suited for novice and experienced FPS players alike." Cronos is a bulk Titan who moves like a snail yet is fierce as he is clad with a rocket launcher and grenades.

According to Digital Trends, the theme that can be observed throughout the gameplay video is dynamic mobility. This has become one of the most selling points for first-person shooters in recent years since Titanfall. Shown in the trailer are playable characters zipping around with jetpacks, making their way through corners with grapnels, and even doing some known rocket jumping as in the video game Unreal.

The game, as previously announced, is set years after The Shattering - where all had been rebuilt and life moved on; despite the moon had been split into two and Earth not having gravity. A drug syndicate is set to rule worldwide - The Breakers; while a new police force - The Law - is commissioned to take out these criminals from establishing a new world order.

LawBreakers will be released in 2016 on PC, but no specific date yet is announced. A possible release on consoles will come after, but this has not been confirmed yet.
