The trailer touches the heart of almost everyone who sees it for it gives more than a preview of what is yet to unfold in the season but it has given the fans a good look of each of the character that has become dear to them.
Viewers of Downton Abbey are given a glimpse of Mr. Carson, Robert Crawley, Lady Edith, Anna Bates, Lady mary and the Dowager Countess among the others. These characters help bring life in television the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants from their life in pre-World War I in England to the 20's according to Design n Trend.
Aside from the dramatic feature of the characters, the trailer, according to TV Guide as reported still by Design n Trend, tells that Lady Mary continues to handle the estate while her sister Edith faces challenges working alongside men in Gregson's newspaper.
