Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen were spotted leaving a court in New York City on Monday. The couple was photographed hand in hand amidst rumors of their marriage and Brady's alleged deflategate drama.

Reports claimed that when he left federal court earlier in the day, a judge promised him that he will announce a ruling within days regarding the deflategate scandal he is facing. This probably is the reason why the New York Patriots quarterback had a big smile on his face.

However, the 38- year old player and his wife piled into a car after leaving an office building and later on, photographs were all over the Internet. The couple hid their faces under sunglasses. The football player's wedding ring seemed to be firmly spotted on his hand while the supermodel appeared to have removed hers.

Just last week, a source close to both stars revealed to People that the couple was under a lot of stresses in their marriage lately, especially during football season and Brady's involvement on the deflategate issue. The insider added, "Tom is singularly focused on his career and sometimes Gisele feels left out. There have been arguments." However, another insider disapproved of the previous claims to People, stating that the couple are "living their life, and they're doing great." The insider also mentioned about Bundchen,"She's being a supportive wife. Just like anybody whose husband would be going through something like this."

Earlier this week, Brady was summoned in a federal court as part of the ongoing Deflategate case. The quarterback filed a lawsuit against the NFL for his four-game suspension. This is said to be a punishment carried out by the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell due to his suspected responsibility in the scandal. His supermodel wife, at the moment, was also caught out and about in NYC over the weekend in the middle of the speculations that she recently went under the knife as reported by E! News.

Moreover, the New York Post's Page Six also mentioned that the model was purportedly worried that her breasts had drooped down due to her previous two pregnancies with her sons. Sources close to Bundchen even admitted to the newspaper that her two plastic surgeries cost had summed up $11,000. The operations were also meant as a 35th birthday and retirement present to herself.

Meanwhile, amid the divorce speculations and the deflategate trouble the couple's experiencing, they are seemingly slamming news reports that they are filing for divorce since they are still spotted together as a married couple. Following the photographs of the couple, many of their supporters voiced out how delighted the couple showed no signs of breaking up.
