Android-Powered Blackberry Device May Set in Reality; More Photos Leaked

More photos of the Blackberry Android smartphone are circulating around the Internet today. All Android fans who still desire for a physical keyboard for their smartphones might rejoice later this year. This could be Blackberry's greatest innovation by far, which everyone's been waiting for quite a long time now.

This Canadian telecommunications and equipment company is gearing up for an all-new and innovative smartphone invention. It was reported that Blackberry may put Android system on their device. However, speculations are still going on about this matter as of the moment. Nothing has been really confirmed by Blackberry yet, as all are tight-lipped regarding this one.

Blackberry's rumored Android smartphone was first shared through the Twitter account of a notorious leaker, Evan Blass, in mid-August. And now, more photos leaked through a Taiwanese website, Tinhte. These photos appear to confirm what has been posted by Blass. The alleged Android-powered Blackberry still has the QWERTY trademark of the company tucked under a sliding full size touchscreen.

Moreover, Tinhte's photos of the rumored 'Blackberry Venice' show that this device has sim card and micro SD card slots at the top, power and volume rocker keys on the right edge, as well as a speaker grille along the bottom edge. Additionally, it shows an 18-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization and dual LED flash along with a textured pattern on the rear panel.

According to Techtimes, it will also have a quad-HD display and a 3 GB of RAM. This device is set to be released in November from all four major US carriers.

If the leaked photos of the 'Blackberry Venice' are real, then this will be a significant moment for the company. For the past years, Blackberry has not been performing well in the market because more customers sought for touch-based devices. Definitely, this innovation will be a great comeback for Blackberry.
