As announced by Apple, there will be a huge event coming up this September 9 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. It is expected that Apple executives will finally introduce the newest additions to their growing product lineup, including the iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4.
According to 9to5Mac, trusted sources have confirmed that aside from iPhone 6S, Apple Watch, Mac desktop, and Apple TV, the tech giant is also planning to debut iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4 on next week's Apple event. The rumored iPad Pro is a 12-inch tablet which is scheduled to hit retail outlets in November and pre-orders will be launched towards the end of October. If the iPad Pro debuts on September 9, it is also expected that the new iPad Mini 4 will be introduced. iPad Air's third version is also in the works, but it won't be released until 2016, sources confirmed. However, there could still be a possibility that Apple may not push through with this plan.
The iPad Pro is said to have a 2 GB of RAM, Force Touch pressure-sensitive display that works with a companion Bluetooth stylus, a faster processor, and speakers on two sides for a better stereo effect. Moreover, the new operating system, iOS 9, will introduce new features to the iPad, such as picture-in-picture viewing of applications and split-screen multitasking.
On the other hand, Apple's iPad Mini 4 is expected to be a scaled-down version of the iPad Air 2 with a 6.1 mm thickness. It is a thinner version of the current iPad Mini that includes a faster A-series chip with support for split-screen applications and a pair of upgraded cameras.
Whether the planned debut of the iPad Pro and iPad Mini 4 holds true or not, Apple users and fans will welcome these products at any given time. Great things are coming up as the September 9 event is fast approaching!
