Fans of Cinemax's "Banshee" can now ogle at some of the first few photos of the show's last season, which was released just recently. This will give fans something to chew on before season 4 premieres on January 2016. Meanwhile, executive producer Adam Targum teased fans about where Lucas and Carrie's relationship is headed in the new season.
The first look photos for "Banshee" season 4 are now circulating online, which only intensified the fans' excitement towards the new season. TV.com posted the photos of Antony Starr as Lucas Hood, who seems to be patiently sitting in the snap. Next photo saw Carrie, played by Ivana Milicevic, inside a car while another snap shows Frankie Faison's Sugar Bates sitting inside a bar.
No concrete clues can be derived from the released photos but maybe the cast will be ready to spill some info about the upcoming season when they attend the New York Comic-Con on October. Executive producer and co-creator Jonathan Tropper, who recently revealed the reason for the show's unexpected exit, is set to attend the panel together with the returning cast and new addition Eliza Dushku .
Writer and executive producer Adam Targum on the other hand, proudly said that season 4 will be the "most memorable, mind blowing experience" for all the fans of the Cinemax hit series. In his recent interview with KSDK.com, Targum revealed how next season will differ from the action-packed last season.
"In season 4, we took a different approach to the storytelling in trying to maximize these incredible characters," Targum said. "We found the perfect balance between action, character and story. This season is more serialized than ever with each episode fitting very snugly with the narrative."
Targum also teased fans of the fate of Lucas and Claire's relationship during his interview, admitting that "anything is possible" for the show's central couple.
"Their complicated relationship and past was such an intricate part of the pilot that it will always play a part in the story," he added.
Fans of "Banshee" has so many reasons to be excited for the show's season 4 , which will be the best season according to writer and executive producer Adam Targum. But for now, fans will have to settle to the first look photos released recently until the show premieres on January 2016.
