The King of the nerds, a show which brings various challenges that tests the contestants intellect, ingenuity, knowledge on pop culture and skills with a grand prize of $100,000. Running from 2013 up until now, the last installment aired last March. This is the first ever renewal decision of the King of nerds ever since the network's alteration as mentioned on Cinema Blend.
However, despite of the show's educational theme, Kings of the nerds has been receiving low household ratings since season 2. This is because of the TBS scheduling fault. A game show airing every Friday night is not the best schedule for a lively show with an audience of young and nerdy people. Viewers are having a hard time to watch the show since it is a hectic time for working people and students alike.
Expect no more upcoming season for the unscripted reality competition series. King of The Nerds is officially not moving forward for season 4.
