A new character will be introduced in "House of Cards" Season 4 and it will reportedly be played by "Thor" actor Colm Feore. Accordingly, he will be one of the new characters set to join Neve Campbell although details about his role is still under the wraps.
According to Christian Today, the "Thor" actor's role in the highly-anticipated political drama will be playing a high-profile character. It was reported before that Neve Campbell will be the other half of this power couple who will rival Claire and Frank Underwood. With Feore being added to the cast, fans cannot help but wonder if he is the partner of Campbell.
The publication added that having Campbell and Feore work together will make Season 4 explosive and exciting. Despite the details being under the wraps, it was reported that Feore and Campbell will be regulars and mainstays in the upcoming episodes of "House of Cards," International Business Times reported.
Flickering Myth added that Feore has also been featured in other hit shows such as "The Borgias" and "24." Campbell, on the other hand has also made her name in "Scream."
Meanwhile, it was reported that "House of Cards" season 4 will be seeing the turmoil in the relationship of Frank and Claire Underwood. This was the focus of season 3 but season 4 will also be picking up from this plot.
Showrunner Beau Willimon said, "A lot of the strength of the show is based on the strength of that marriage. But as soon as we began to explore that, we realized there was no turning back. We also realized we'd laid the groundwork in the previous two seasons for this conflict between Francis and Claire, and the more we began exploring it, the more inevitable it became."
"House of Cards" season 4 will be introducing Neve Campbell and Colm Feore but their roles are yet to be released. The Netflix original series is expected to be back by 2016.
