It appears that Moto X Play is coming to India any time soon. This new Motorola mid-range handset was announced in July along with a confirmation that it will be available internationally, in 60 countries to be exact. Moto X Play is set to be released in India on September 14.

Motorola India has confirmed this exciting news through its Twitter account. The tweet says "No more getting dumped by your phone. Your perfect partner is coming with 30 hours of battery backup. #XOMotoX," along with an image of Moto X Play.

The Moto X Play features more than a day of battery life, water-repellant design, a 21-megapixel rear camera, 5.5-inch full 1080p HD screen display, Snapdragon 615 chipset, and a 2GB of RAM. It also has a pure Android experience with a clutter-free 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system.

According to TechRadar, one of the best selling points of the Moto X Play could be its 3630mAh battery. Motorola promises that it will last up to 48 hours with just a single charge, even when using 4G LTE. The battery pack is rumored to be of mixed use and fast charging technology is also part of the package. It is said that this will give eight hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging. However, the Turbo Charger 15 is offered separately.

Moreover, Motorola claims that Moto X Play is water-repellant, note that it is not waterproof. It is still not a good idea to splash it on water. Its front camera does not have a flash, but uses the screen instead. When taking a selfie shot in low light, the screen flashes a bright light.

This newest invention of Motorola could make every Motorola user proud and happy. It is priced at $466 and can be a hit in the market once it's released globally.
