Despite being exposed in just his underwear and various other hilarious MySpace photos, the 37-year-old actor admitted finding the whole ordeal funny, and wasn't at all ashamed. However, with the "Mad Max" star currently promoting his latest movie, and his first child on the way, Hardy has had to go back to his practical serious ways as business and family come first.
In a report from Huffington Post, over the summer Buzz Feed gathered up the almost 10 year old pictures of the actor and posted them online; the pictures caught the attention of more than 1.3 million viewers. With his white underwear and duck face going viral, Tom Hardy thought it was best to address the situation once and for all.
According to Entertain This, Hardy wasn't at all ashamed and doesn't regret taking his pre-fame selfies. The actor stated in an interview with Sky News, "I've got no shame about my MySpace photos, especially the one of me in my underpants, which is a glorious photo of a man in his natural habitat."
However, in another report from Toronto Sun, Tom Hardy is all down for business as he promotes his challenging role of twins in the upcoming movie "Legend." Hardy, who plays twin both Ronnie and Reggie Kray in gangland biopic, had to focus on his serious side while filming the challenging role.
With the challenge of becoming a 'psycho' hard enough, Hardy also had to play the different roles of both characters which includes being straight for one character, and gay for the other. Despite the different challenging parts the 37-year-old had to transform into, "Legend" co-star Chazz Palminteri only had praises for the actor on how excellent he performed stating, "He's just brilliant, he really is."
Now that the photos are out in the open for everyone to see, Tom Hardy has embraced his extra popularity with opened arms. With the actor getting ready for the release of his latest movie "Legend," he is back to his normal ways as he prepares to shock the work with his double act. Apart from his current and forthcoming projects, Tom Hardy is also expecting his first child with wife Charlotte Riley.
