Despite a number of speculations on the plot for "Frozen 2," China Topix reports that fans won't have to wait anymore. A speculation of Queen Elsa losing her life in the sequel is false which actually contradicts to a happy ending in every successful Disney movie. Co-directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have been throwing bits and pieces about the plot. Their main objective is to incorporate everyday real-life social issues in order to make the movie more meaningful for those who will watch it. Queen Elsa will fall into a deep spell where she thinks she is a child once again. Princess Ana and Kristoff will venture to find a de-aging potion to bring her back to normal.
Disney has seemingly been giving bits of revelations for the plot for "Frozen 2", according to Movie News Guide. Yet some fans use social media to point out some Easter eggs on the previous film. One scene is during the coronation of Queen Elsa wherein a Flynn and Rapunzel look-alike were present, thus speculating that Rapunzel could be related to the sisters. Another circumstance summarized by Chris is when the parents of Elsa and Anna were shipwrecked and ended up marooned in an island. Their mother gave birth to a baby boy but both their parents were killed by a leopard. The boy survived and grew up with gorillas, therefore speculating that Tarzan could be the little brother of Elsa and Anna.
Robert Iger, Disney's CEO, is aiming for excellence rather than rushing things in order to satisfy the demands of fans. "Frozen 2" is set to freeze theaters on November 18, 2018. Certain clues from "Frozen" left fans speculating on a crossover between "Tarzan" and "Tangled" showing up in the sequel.
