Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder as American TV star, Whitney Port's barefaced selfie's been plaguing her with not-so-good comments on social media. But the reality star had it enough and she strike back at her bullies with one message post.
According to E! News, the former "Hills" actress, Whitney Port wrote on her Instagram on Tuesday to strike back her bullies. She posted, "Hi guys. So I don't want to come off as preachy AT ALL! But lately, when I post a pic of myself without makeup on @instagram, people hate- telling me I look dead or anemic or whatever! Over it!"
Whitney continued explaining, "I struggled with my skin A LOT growing up. I had terrible acne throughout high school and college and finally got it under control in my mid 20's. I've learned that keeping it healthy and clear is mostly due to keeping it clean. I TRULY think the key to inner and outer beauty isn't about all the things we can buy to cover up our skin but how we can embrace our skin and keep it healthy. Clean skin is in."
The Glamour reported, she is leading campaign with her followers on her Instagram account encouraging them to proudly show off their no-make-up face by uploading it on the social media. Several Instagram users joined the actress on her campaign. There are also celebrities who are fond of uploading their bare-face selfie such as singer-actress, Demi Lovato and Disney star, Zendaya.
The 30-year-old actress really is a tough one. Aside from taking care of her internet critics, Whitney Port is also preparing for her forthcoming nuptial with "The City" producer, Tim Rosenman. She just had her Bachelorette party last August in Las Vegas.
The actress had been receiving rude comments telling her she look like a corpse and pale-sick from her bully followers after uploading a selfie photo without make-up on. Despite of it, Whitney decided to upload more barefaced picture of her with no makeup. disregarding the negative response of her followers.
