Famous soccer player David Beckham shares the secrets to his successful marriage with wife, Victoria Beckham. He shares how they both raise their kids and how they keep their marriage alive after all these years.
Soccer stud David Beckham was all praises with his wife during an interview last September 18. According to US Magazine, David said that he and his wife have been together for 18 years, and married for 16. It is pretty clear that their relationship is going stronger by the day. He adores his wife even more with the work that she has put herself in. "My wife, you know, she's a hardworker", David says. The former Spice Girl recently debuted her Spring 2016 collection at the New York Fashion Week. David and their eldest son were even present at the event.
When it comes to raising their kids, David exclaims that they are very protective of them. According to him, they come really strict on what they post on social media especially to their eldest who is now 16 years old. Their son, Brooklyn, now has over 4 million followers on Instagram. Both David and Victoria are very protective and particular on what he posts on his social media account, asreported by Perez Hilton. The rules don't apply to their eldest only, but to all their other kids as well. David also said that between the married couple, Victoria is the stricter one.
Since David is very well known with his career in soccer, most people conclude that his children would go on the same path David explains that he only wants what makes their children happy. He shared that his eldest son is venturing into soccer as well but feels that he is not as good as his father, apparently breaking David's heart. According to OK Magazine, he only wants his children to play soccer when they want to play it. Whenever they feel that they want to stop playing, they are free to do so.
David and Victoria are clearly doing a good job in becoming parents, raising their children well, and still keep up with their individual careers.
