Private equity firm The Halifax Group stated on Tuesday that it has finished its negotiations to acquire Envision Pharma from Express Scripts Holding Co.'s subsidiary. The Halifax Group was backed by Envision management to close the deal. There was no data disclosed regarding the terms of the deal.
Envision Pharma is based in Southport, Connecticut, is a scientific communication and technology provider with focus on pharmaceutical, medical, and biotechnology related companies. Envision Pharma, Inc. has three offices in the United States and two in the United Kingdom. The company employs over two hundred professionals, including medical writers and 'tech solutions teal providing platform development customer support.'
Brian Hepburn, Chief Executive Officer of Envision expressed his gratitude: "Thanks to the hard work of our employees and enduring commitment of our customers, we successfully navigated our sale process and are excited to begin our next phase of growth in partnership with the Halifax team. "
