Shakira's post-baby body could amaze anyone seeing the 38-year-old singer. She just gave birth to her youngest Sasha in January, but her slimmer-than-ever figure is going to get women envy.
As a proof, Shakira's post-baby body pictures were sent to Us Weekly. She was seen with firmer and toned muscles with her six packs. The mother-of-two donned a pair of purple leggings and a black bra showing her flat midriff. The "Hips Don't Lie" singer posed with her trainer, Anna Kaiser, who has had helped her attain her sculpted post-baby body.
Shakira dished about her trainer and founder of AKT InMotion telling how determine and dedicated she is in helping people like her in achieving their goals. Kaiser is also a trainer to Kelly Ripa and Sofia Vergara. When it comes to her workout, the International pop star said that her latest challenge includes a customized dance cardio routine.
"Anna and I have worked together for years," Shakira said. "Anna is one of the most knowledgeable people I know in the world of fitness. Aside from that, she keeps the workout varied and always makes it fun!"
According to Kaiser, Shakira has attained her amazing post-baby body with a different workout. Her personal trainer said that Shakira has knowledge of the different programs that helped her achieve her goal. For her workout, the trainer made a personalize exercise safe for a new mom and safe for her body. Shakira has a treadmill session and a dance-based interval training regimen.
Meanwhile, the Barcelona-based songstress surprised her fans at the at the Palau Sant Jordi Stadium in Barcelona, Spain when she joined the rock band Maná to sing the track "Mi Verdad." She graced the event with people more shocked by her post-baby body. It has been her first live performance on stage since giving birth to her second child with Gerard Piqué eight months ago, HNGN reports.
Meanwhile, Shakira is also back being the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. She again surprised the audience at the press conference in New York on Tuesday, Sept. 22 with her remarkable post-baby body. During the event, the Colombian recording artist made a speech on the importance of education. Shakira is set to lend her voice as Gazelle in the 2016 Disney animated "Zootopia."
