Her upcoming album, "Revival" release will be launch soon, the former Disney star, Selena Gomez talked about how her past experience in relationship inspires her to come up with her new album.
The US Magazine reported, the 23-year old singer, Selena Gomez openly expressed her thoughts during an interview, being in a relationship contributed to mold her latest album, "Revival". Selena stated, "While people were writing that I was stupid for being in [the relationship], this is what I always saw in him, I'm like, duh!" referring to Justin Bieber.
She also added she's ready to show her different self to the public after the years of her growth, "It's all part of my story," I'm growing and changing. I was in a relationship, and I was being managed by my parents, and I was still under Hollywood and Disney, and I was being held to this expectation of being the good girl." the singer continued to explained.
Selena Gomez thinks of changing to another label and management for her coming new album. It seems like the singer has been going through a hard time while taking preparation for her album."I feel like ultimately if I sit down and I think about a decision I need to make, it's really within myself. I make the decision. Everything goes through me."
Selena's close buddy, Taylor Swift also seen her friend working hard since she debuted on her career. The "Style" hit maker told the coolest part while watching Gomez growing up was seeing her with "creative reins and start to steer the ship" the E! News reported.
Being at the center of rumors, gossip outlets made her feel "small and meek". Selena Gomez told, she came up with her new album to address it and to give herself more power to overcome it.
Selena Gomez is set to launch her latest album titled, "Revival" and will be released on the 9th of October.
