Former beauty queen Priyanka Chopra emerges as an actress in the new TV series, 'Quantico'. In episode 1, Priyanka and her trainees will be accused of planning an attack. Moreover, Mark Gordon the executive producer shared his thoughts about what the FBI agents motives are.
As posted on TV Fanatic, the premiere episode begin with Alex emerging from a rubble after a terrorist plot at the Grand Central Station in Manhattan. Suddenly, she and her fellow trainees are accused by the FBI of planning the attack. The show will keep the viewers updated with Alex's history and the background of the rookies on how they are related with the attack.
In addition to that, executive producer Mark Gordon shared his thoughts about the season premiere. Gordon stated that in some ways what the FBI Agents motives is antithetical to what they need. The only way Gordon thought of solving the problem is to have different points of view to when asking questions as reported on Gulf News.
Speaking about her character, the Bollywood actress and former beauty queen told the NY Post "She's a little like Jack Bauer, a fugitive on the run, super smart and intelligent. She's ballsy and bold yet at the same time, she's feminine and vulnerable and is a celebration of female empowerment."
