The "Complicated" hit singer, Avril Lavigne celebrated her 31st birthday on September 30 at Las Vegas on Sunday. However, only missing on her big day was her now ex-husband, Chad Kroeger. Despite the absence of her ex-husband, the birthday girl took off with a private jet and partied with her close chums and family according to E! News.
The ET also reported the punk rock singer had her birthday bash celebration at the Akira Back's Yellowtail Restaurant and Bar followed by an all night party at the The Bank Nightclub. The birthday girl was also overjoyed with the surprised huge cupcake prepared by the club staffs. Avril shared the photo of the surprise treat on her Instagram, with captions, "My sister Amie and my best friend Caryn Alpert. Family is forever".
The singer look stunning in her glamour strapless pink dress matching with her blond locks wavy hair and her signature thick black eyeliner and mascara. Wearing her sparkling pearl and diamond accessories, there's still something missing on her get-up. The 17 carat emerald-cut ring is nowhere to be seen on her. Chad had given it to her as a wedding anniversary gift in July, according to Daily Mail. Avril showed off the said ring on her social media, however, the photo was removed by her after their separation.
The former couple took their wedding on July 2013 however, earlier this month, Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger shared their heartbreaking announcement of their divorced through their Instagram, thus ending their two-year marriage. A source confirmed that the former couple has been facing quite a lot of issues and often fight explaining why Croeger was absent during Lavigne's 31st birthday.
