Information and technology company Adapt announced on Monday that it has acquired Sleek. The United Kingdom-based company was backed by Lyceum Capital. No details on the transaction were disclosed. Sleek is a cloud solutions provider based in Leeks, England.
Adapt also recently acquired 20 enterprise customers.
The company's acquisition of the cloud firm is its second since Lyceum backed Adapt. The initial buyout was initiated in 2012, when the company acquired eLinia, a cloud computing and infrastructure offshore provider company.
Chief Executive Officer of Adapt Stewart Smythe commented on the acquisition. He said, "Both organisations deliver the highest quality infrastructure, wrapped in an exceptional support layer. Our shared vision is perfect for those organisations who see IT as a strategic asset that must contribute to their competitive advantage and bottom line."
