Shore Points and Greyrock invest in Colyar Consulting

Greyrock Capital Group and Shore Points Capital have made investments in Colyar Consulting Group, a software solutions provider based in Pheonix, Arizona. No financial terms were disclosed.

Colyar Consulting provides its services to state governments due to its United States Department of Agriculture affiliation. CGG has participated in the government agency's programs such as the National School Lunch Program, budgeted at almost $10.7 billion.

Shore Points Capital said that this investment into CGG represents its fifth enterprise into the standalone software businesses. Shore Points Capitals Managing Partner Ed Irwin said, "Colyar Consulting Group is led by an outstanding and proven leadership team that impressed us with their years of domain expertise and the results they have generated. Shore Points and Greyrock look forward to working together, and with the CCG team, led by President and CEO Jeff Colyar, to enhance the value of the business for the benefit of customers, employees and shareholders."

Shore Points Capital is headquartered in New York city. SPC was previously a private equity subsidiary of BNP Paribas.
