Sarah Michelle Gellar finally confirms that she will be the newest character in 'Star Wars Rebels' Season 2. Gellar is said to portray the Seventh Sister, a villainous inquisitor. In addition, producer Simon Kinberg spills some details about the characters who will appear in the upcoming season.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has revealed that she will be portraying the character of the Seventh Sister on 'Star Wars Rebels'. As reported on Buzz Feed, she confirms that she would be portraying the villainous Inquisitor. Gellar stated, "I may be number seven, but I'm pretty much number one. My character will play cat and mouse with the Jedi."

Additionally, producer Simon Kinberg explains to The Nerdist "The idea of characters popping up or transferring from animation to live-action and vice versa. We're obviously open to because we have a lot of characters from the original movie and actually prequels who pop up in 'Star Wars Rebels' as substantial characters."

According to IB Times, the official synopsis of the episode is "Ahsoka gives the Ghost crew a Tactical Droid head and tells them to go to the Cello system to find her mysterious ally. Once they arrive there, Kanan finds out that Ahsoka's allies are clones. Eventually, Kanan trusts them until they use Zeb to hunt for Joopers. Later on, Ezra figures out that Zeb is the bait for Joopers."

A new actress joins the cast of 'Star Wars Rebels' Season 2 to portray the Seventh Sister. Moreover, the producer finally spills some details about the new characters who are going to join the set.

The first episode of 'Star Wars Rebels' Season 2 is entitled as, 'The Lost Commander'. The premiere episode is said to air during the New York Comic-Con in Oct. 8, 2015. 'Star Wars Rebels' is set to premiere in Oct. 14, 2015 exclusively on Disney XD.
