Surface Book: 1st-ever, Promising Microsoft Laptop coming in Stores on October 26

By

On Tuesday, Microsoft revealed its first-ever laptop known as the Surface Book, alongside other new products in New York City. It features a 13.5-inch touch display screen that comes apart to become a tablet and a 12-hour battery life.

Microsoft Surface Book is said to be the "ultimate laptop" according to Microsoft's Panos Panay. The laptop has a dedicated graphics-card system and two processors. As per the company, it is twice as fast as Apple's MacBook Pro.

The Surface Book can be detached from its keyboard to make it as a tablet. The keyboard then can be docked on the back of the tablet to keep it all together. Moreover, its super-quiet, backlit keyboard promises each user an excellent typing experience like no other. A Surface Pen stylus comes with it as well.

Furthermore, it is designed to put more power than the Surface Pro 4. The laptop is made for both enterprise workers and gamers who need more graphical horsepower under the hood. Its graphical features were in fact contributed by the Xbox team.

The pricing for this device starts at $1499 for its entry level model powered by an Intel Core i5 processor with 128GB of internal storage, and then rises up to $2699 for a version with 512GB of memory and a Core i7 chipset. It will be available in stores on October 26.

Microsoft has put a great amount of effort in creating its first innovative laptop ever. The Microsoft Surface Book weighs lightly and its screen and keyboard components are durable and thin. As previously seen in its New York event, this one is absolutely a remarkable device that will bring success to the company.

On the whole, Microsoft Surface Book is a promising laptop that gives enhanced user experience. Not only it has a sleek exterior design, it also comes with powerful and top-of-the-line features that will help each user to enjoy an ultimate laptop experience.
