Mario and Luigi Paper Jam is the latest upcoming game from the Paper Mario series. As fans have looked forward to the adorable yet adventurous mishaps of the long-time running franchise, the wait has come to a more fixated mark, now that the release date has been publically announced.
IGN reported that the newest title under the Paper Mario franchise, Mario and Luigi Paper Jam, is about to hit the stores by the end of the year, specifically December 4, 2015. The much-awaited expansion of the series was officially confirmed to have a European release, unfortunately, however, there has been no news of a North American launch as of the moment.
Eurogamer delivered that the title has the playing style of the traditional Mario and Luigi games, fused with the graphical approach of the Paper Mario series. The game will consistently go back and forth within the three-dimensional and one-dimensional or a papered modelling of the characters, with a handful of role-playing game aspects to deal with.
According to Latin Post, a recent synopsis of the game was released, orienting fans as to how the game came about, and it stated, "When Luigi accidentally opens a mysterious book hidden away in Peach's Castle, he gets more than he bargained for when characters from the Paper Mario universe spill out of the pages and start running amok. Players must take control of the terrific trio of Mario, Luigi and Paper Mario to defeat Bowser and Paper Bowser and bring the Paper Mario characters back to their original world."
The gamers will be able to control Mario, Luigi and Paper Mario, as they go on a mission to beat Bowser and his minions. Mario and Luigi Paper Jam follows the past four expansions of the franchise, namely classic Paper Mario, Paper Mario: the Thousand-Year Door, Super Paper Mario and Paper Mario: Sticker Star. December 4th marks the release of Nintendo's latest addition to the Mario series for European territories.
