A self-regulating debt advisory company initiated a high yield advisory service to foil its debt advisory services currently in operation. Tomorrow Partners, founded only last year, is headed by Citigroup's former head of financial entrepreneurs group for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Apax Partners' former partner Neil Thomson is the co-founder of Tomorrow Partners.
This new offering came after the company's first-year success. It closed four debt advisory deals including an Exponent transaction for its acquisition of HSS Hire Group, and advising Lion Capital. Lion's portfolio company, Ad van Geloven, is also among Tomorrow Partners' advisees.
Jonathan Rowland, co-founder of the firm, explained Tomorrow's expansion, "This a very logical next step for our firm, given our significant combined public market bond experience.. We see it as an essential and increasing part of our service to advise our clients on private and public bond financings, where we have a proven track record of innovative transactions over the last three decades."
