Showrunner David Hollander shared some details to The Hollywood Reporter that Ray Donovan (Liev Schreiber) will be having a new love interest in 'Ray Donovan' Season 4. Holland further explained that Ray's new love life will allow him to open up professionally and personally and that his newfound love will come out of his desire of facing his past.
On the other hand, the disturbing couple in the previous season of 'Ray Donovan', Ray's daughter Bridget (Kerris Dorsey) and her teacher Mr. Donellen (Aaron Staton) may lead to a potential relationship. IB Times reports that as soon as Bridget turns 18, she will get back to pursuing him. However, the showrunner said that the speculations may not necessarily come true.
Other than that, Hollander reveals something about Terry Donovan (Eddie Marsan) and Abby Donovan (Paula Malcomson). As noted by TV Line, Hollander elaborated that even if the two characters have kissed before, the 4th season will focus on their friendship instead of their romance.
'Ray Donovan' Season 4 is set to return anytime soon in 2016 exclusively on Showtime. However, the said network has yet to confirm the official release of the upcoming season of 'Ray Donovan'.
