Confie Seguros acquired DeFranco Insurance Agency and Insurance Group of America. One of the fastest growing national providers of personal lines insurance, Confie Seguros, announced today its acquisition of two insurance brokerages, namely DeFranco Insurance Agency Inc of Niagara Falls, NY and Insurance Group of American Inc dba City Insurance of Palm Springs FL.
