Nigeria's Ntel Seeks $1 Billion Investment for 4G LTE Service Expansion

Ntel is seeking $1 billion loan investment for its 4G mobile broadband expansion for 2020 to take advantage of the increasing number of smartphone users in Africa. It will start its 4G LTE service to Abuja and Lagos by April 8 competing with other Nigerian four company internet and broadband providers.


Google Deleted Taliban-Developed App From Play Store

The Taliban-developed app was called Alemarah that enables viewing and reading in Pashto. It was deleted from Google’s Play Store within a short time after a report from SITE Intel Group. The app was available in five different languages including Arabic and English.

UK's service sector records 2.8% growth in January

$23-bln investment makes Reliance Jio the world's largest startup
