Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. has bought Beauty Skinnovations Retail Inc. (BSRI) for an undisclosed sum. BSRI operates the Philippine stores of Japan's Shiseido Co. Ltd. and US' Benefits Cosmetics LLC.
