FDA Seizes 90,000 Bottles of Supplement Diet Containing Heroin Like Kratom

FDA has been reported to seize 90,000 bottles of RelaKzpro branded diet supplement on Wednesday. The seizure has been conducted under Federal Food, Drink & Beverage Act following a suit filed by the US Department of Justice on behalf of FDA in the District Court. The suit accuses kratom containing diet supplements as adulterated due to unreasonable health hazards.

Uber agrees to pay $20,000 in settlement regarding its "God View" system

Uber has agreed to pay $20,000 in fine and adopt a better data security provisions in a settlement signed with the New York Attorney General, Eric Schneiderman. Besides that, the company also agrees to limit the number of employees allowed to use the system.
