Meanwhile, the official synopis for upcoming episode 5 of Grey's Anatomy will reveal Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) negative reaction on seeing Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) doctor at the time he died. On the other hand, Callie (Sara Ramirez) will bring her new girlfriend Penny (Samantha Sloyan) to Meredith's house. The new episode will also focus on April (Sarah Drew) trying to avoid Jackson (Jesse Williams), as noted by Design & Trend.
