Apple has released its newest flagship smartphones, the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, last month packed with enhancements. The American tech giant is believed to unveil its successor, the iPhone 7 which is speculated to have no physical home button, but with an enhanced battery performance.
According to IBTimes, aside from the newest 3D touch, Apple Inc. is believed to remove the physical Home button on the iPhone 7. The removal of the Home button specifies that the iPhone 7 could actually sport a larger display with thinner bezels still featuring a similar size and shape of the iPhone 6S.
Since the physical Home button will be not visible on the iPhone 7, Apple may reposition the Touch ID sensor on the side of the device just like the newly released Sony Xperia Z5 has a fingerprint scanner on its side panel. The analyst stated that there is 50 percent chance for Apple to create the iPhone 7 without a physical Home button.
Furthermore, Christian Today added that iPhone 7 could arrive with an aluminum unibody that will remove the plastic antenna lines. It will no longer require a physical SIM card since it can handle network connectivity on its own. There are other concepts saying that iPhone 7 would also feature a 24 -megapixel camera that can support third-party lenses, powered by 3,000 mAh capacity battery.
In addition, Chinese social networking site Weibo says the Cupertino-based tech firm is creating a new A10 chipset with hexa-core processor. The iPhone 7 might be armored with Force Touch technology that seems to be the most significant selling point of the device. This technology has the capability to improve user experience with easier input methods.
News Every Day stated that the iPhone 7 is predicted to have two variants; one was the iPhone 7 and the other one was the iPhone 7 Plus that will be made available second half next year.
With the removal of the iconic home button, it is uncertain whether Apple will be able to maintain its status in terms of sales in reviews. However, many smartphone enthusiasts believe that the tech giant's creativity in innovation would likely place the rumored iPhone 7 in good position.
What do you think? Will these initial iPhone 7 concepts and predictions be effective?
