Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on T-Mobile is confirmed bound for the testing stage of Android 6.0 Marshmallow software. This device is currently under manufacturer development which is expected to come to an end by November.
In a post on the support page for software updates of T-Mobile, the mobile carrier has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is confirmed heading to the testing of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Although there is no official statement coming from T-Mobile, the site has already posted the process that in the testing stage the device will undergo a certification process to ensure the "best quality" software.
After the development and testing stages are completed, official release will come. However, the exact date will depend on the mobile carrier and the location.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow software is confirmed rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones under T-Mobile with model number SM-G925T.
