The Bradshaw Group, a desktop laser and printer producer and distributor, was bought by CounterPoint Capital Partners on Wednesday. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The computer parts company was added into CounterPoint's platform firm, Parts Now LLC.
The company said that its direct IBM InfoPrint relationship is one of the serrvices that is exclusive to their company.
CounterPoint continued its spree of acquisitions with the buyout of Bradshaw Group. The first purchase of the company in recent months was Sunrise Fishing Inc., followed by West Bay Marketing Inc.
Matthias Heilmann, chief executive officer of Parts Now said that the production printer parts and supplies, together with a robust regional and global client base, made Bradshaw Group a perfect fit to Parts Now. CounterPoint considers this acquisition a good move, boosting its value and revenue potential.
"This acquisition in the printer parts and supplies market further solidifies CounterPoint's commitment to Parts Now and positions us for long-term growth and stability," added vice president of sales and marketing for Parts Now Matt McLeish.
