Another innovative smartphone is set to be unveiled by LG in the coming days. The LG G5 is the latest handset from the company, which is expected to be a powerful device and will be released sometime next year.
The South Korean smartphone manufacturer is reportedly prepping up for the release of its newest addition to its handset lineup any time soon. The next-generation LG device is expected to be priced at $900.
LG G5 is alleged to sport a 5.6-inch True HD IPS display with flexible touchscreen. It will feature a 4K resolution, be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, and juiced by a 4000mAh battery. Under the hood, it will be powered by 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM as well as include three variants - 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
Camera wise, it boasts a 10-megapixel front shooter with an Iris Eye Recognition scanner for improved security. A 20-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, and face detection is also included in it.
In term of its connectivity, the G5 will also support Bluetooth, NFC, 4G LTE, GPS, and WiFi. It offers enhanced Touch ID technology with sensors for proximity, pro-light, and gravity. In addition, it is rumored to have a curved surface and a flexible and thin design for high-quality images. It also lets the users to run graphics-heavy mobile games as well as record and play 4K videos.
Unfortunately, LG hasn't confirmed anything yet about its upcoming smartphone. However, it is worth noting that the LG G5 will most probably come into reality by next year.
