Meanwhile, Sarah Shahi (who plays Sameen Shaw) reveals some details about her struggling character in season 5, as reported by IGN. Shahi stated, "Shaw comes back in a very dynamic way. Much like the introduction of my character, I think I get a standalone episode. Shaw has been gone and when she comes back, we don't know 100% if she's trustworthy."
Speaking of the machine, Michael Emerson (who plays Finch) shares that the machines issues is something that his character is trying to deal with. Emerson spills how difficult it is for Finch to maintain a non-personal relationship towards his creations, Entertainment Weekly reports.
