Sony and From Software will release the Expansion pack of The Old Hunters of the Bloodborne series this November 24 for PlayStation 4. A few weeks before the scheduled date, game developers allowed fans to take a look at the game through its trailer.
Come November 24, Sony and From Software will distribute the expansion pack of the roleplaying game Bloodborne, according to Realty Today. The downloadable content which costs $19.99 brings new environs, new weapons and the ability to transform into beasts for Hunter, the central character of the PlayStation 4 special. In order to access the expansion pack, the player needs to acquire at a certain point in Bloodborne the Eye of the Blood-drunk Hunter.
The site added that Sony gave a brief description of The Old Hunters: "Experience the nightmare of the hunters who once guarded Byrgenwerth's deepest, darkest secrets and uncover the mystery behind Yharnam's sinister past and in The Old Hunters expansion DLC for Bloodborne. Journey to a world where hunters from the past are trapped forever, find multiple new outfits and weapons to add to your hunter arsenal, and explore brand new stages full of dangers, rewards, and deadly beasts to hunt."
Meanwhile, during the Paris Games Week, Sony allowed players to take a peek at the DLC in a trailer which highlighted the gameplay and the monsters, wrote GameZone. One of the monsters is slimy and bloody and more likely a boss. It will add new enemies, ten new weapons and three new areas.
Worth Playing described the monsters as horrifyingly detailed beasts and giant boss enemies that are even more frightening. The game is set in an ancient, forgotten cursed city called Yharnam. Hunter, the central character of the game, traverses the hazardous streets of the city, fighting off dreadful creatures, twisted beasts and unbalanced mobs afflicted with horrific disease.
Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC is slated to be released next month for PlayStation 4.
