After his defeat against Alberto Del Rio at WWE Hell in a Cell just recently, John Cena has taken a vacation and is currently on a hiatus. But while it's only been a few days that Cena took a break, talks about the wrestler's comeback is already circling around.
Accordingly, there are two particular dates being anticipated for his return. In a report by Wrestle Zone, the WWE star is advised to make his comeback at the WWE live event from Madison Square on December 26. This is due for the annual post-Christmas tour.
While there are also allegations that John Cena will return on December 13 for the WWE TLC pay-per-view in the wrestler's hometown in Boston. Moreover, it looks like Cena is headed for a rematch with Alberto Del Rio on this date, as per allegations suggest.
While these are the possible dates, there is no official statement yet as to when Cena will return. If fans could choose, they would really opt for December 13 as it will be a blast to see a rematch between Alberto and Cena on the WWE star's birthplace.
Meanwhile, there has also been no definite explanation for Cena's hiatus aside from 'personal reasons'. And while clarifications haven't been made since "You Can't See Me" star took a sudden break, fans have started to make their own speculations.
An exclusive report by Hollywood Life revealed that NBC producers scouted the wrestler to join the upcoming new season of "The Celebrity Appearance." It was deemed that having WWE's biggest franchise player join the show alongside host Arnold Schwarzenegger is a win-win situation for all the shows that are directly linked with each other.
While Cena has yet to give his views about the show's offer, it is still unknown as to what he could be doing. But word has it, that this break he's taking will ultimately benefit WWE.
