The news website then goes on to explain how unhappy the two have been since Tom was recently faced with a lawsuit regarding his involvement with the NFL. While reports stated that during this difficult time, the 35-year-old model was seen supportive of her husband. She was also reportedly seeing a divorce lawyer.
However, despite the previous and recent claims of the failing marriage, the Daily Mail UK reported on the couple's recent activity which involved their son, Benjamin, and his mum watching and cheering on Tom as he played alongside the New England Patriots against the New York Jets last Sunday. Gisele took to Instagram to share a picture of her and her son happily enjoying the match as they cheered on Benjamin's dad who won against the New York Jets with a final score of 30 to 23.
