"GTA 5 Online" enthusiasts are in for a special bonus as Rockstar is set to offer various colorful Halloween DLC T-shirts for free and there's a way to unlocking them. In addition, the Halloween update will bring new horrifying vehicles and masks to celebrate the event.
According to International Business Times, Rockstar will be giving away Halloween DLC T-shirts for free based as long as gamers meet certain in-game criteria. Thanks to well-known YouTuber DomisLive, the secret to unlocking all hidden Halloween T-shirts is revealed - that is by logging in to "GTA 5 Online" during the Halloween weekend. The said shirts are The Knife After Dark, Psycho Swingers, and The Zombie Liberals. Moreover, gamers can unravel 10 more T-shirts by joining the Event Weekend Sweepstakes.
Aside from the shirts, Rockstar has also unveiled the Halloween update for "Grant Theft Auto 5 online," as reported by the Independent. It will include frightening vehicles, masks and modes as way of celebrating the season. The said update is believed to be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC - although some players have reportedly experienced issues when downloading it. It will be available come November 16, despite anything that is acquired before then will still available right after.
Neurogadget, on the other hand, has it that the two new vehicles are a hearse and a "Franken Strange." "GTA 5 Online" will also feature new masks and face paints, all of which are available in the "Monsters" section of the store. If gamers will be in a heist during the Halloween period, they will be given a Halloween mask as their default option. Furthermore, Rockstar has included a new "Slasher" adversary mode where one player is designated the "Slasher" while the others have to deal with running away - one that is similar to that of a horror film.
As of writing, some users are still reportedly experiencing problems downloading the update. Rockstar is believed to be aware of the situation and is on their way to fixing the issue. In the meantime, gamers can be glad knowing that they're up for some new vehicles and masks.
