Matt Ryan will reprise his role as John Constantine in this week's crossover episode of "Arrow" and "Constantine" entitled "Haunted" and many fans are already excited. The focus will be on Sara Lance, who was resurrected by her sister Laurel from the Lazarus Pit and it would be Constantine who will help Sara get her soul back.
"Constantine" returns to the small screen after the series was cut mid-season to the dismay of avid fans. Instead of having a series comeback though, Matt Ryan, who plays the role of Constantine, will make an appearance in "Arrow" as the one who can save Sara Lance.
It has been confirmed during last week's episode that Sara Lance came back without a soul. Magic was never seen in season one of "Arrow", according to Movie Pilot, but as the storyline of the series progresses, it seems like the mystical world has been entered. Who else could redeem a soul much better than John Constantine himself.
Oliver Queen does not know about the real deal on Sara Lance, yet he is keen to observe that Sara has changed a lot. So he calls on John Constantine for help. In the promo video posted on Melty, Constantine tells Laurel that what her sister needs is a restoration of her soul to her body. Yet with his bluntness John tells Diggle that "if something goes wrong then we'll all be too dead to care."
Meanwhile, Oliver Queen's political ambition will also be given attention. According to Inquisitr, Stephen Amell, who plays the role of the superhero, revealed that there are going to be three storylines for fans to follow involving his character.
"He's a different type of person in the political arena. And then there's the third storyline that we're going to explore in the first third of the year, that's also different," Amell said.
"Haunted", the highly anticipated crossover episode, will air on November 4 at 8pm on The CW.
