Fans of "The Walking Dead" are still not sure whether or not Glenn is dead but the latest episode of the AMC show has just removed Steven Yeun's name from its opening credits. Rumor also has it that Daryl Dixon is the next character to die during the Season 6 finale.
In a report by Time, Glenn Rhee, the much-loved delivery boy who turned out to be one of the bad ass characters in the show, was seen being at the bottom of a herd of zombies when he and Nicholas fell from the dumpster they were at. Fans speculated that Nicholas saved Glenn from being eaten by the walkers but it seems that these speculations have ended.
In this week's episode titled "Here's Not Here", Steven Yeun's name from both the opening and end credits. Fans are then thinking that Glenn might have really died in the previous episode and his guts were the one being ripped out by zombies.
Vanity Fair also shared that in this week's "The Walking Dead," no answers were offered regarding the previous episode's cliffhangers. It remains unknown if Glenn is really dead and if Rick was able to survive and made the RV start before the zombies inch towards him. The latest episode focused instead on Morgan's backstory.
The publication added that fans are still hopeful to see Glenn in the upcoming episodes of "The Walking Dead" as showrunner Scott Gimple said in a statement before: "...in some way, we will see Glenn, some version of Glenn or parts of Glenn again, either in flashback or in the current story to help complete the story."
Rumors are also surfacing that another well-loved character, Daryl Dixon, will die by the Season 6 finale of the AMC series. However, Inquisitr dismissed these rumors as according to the publication, season 7 of "The Walking Dead" will focus on the Saviors and Daryl will be riding with a new villain named Negan by the end of 2016.
"The Walking Dead" Season 6's latest episode no longer featured Steve Yeun's name on the opening and end credits of the show and the series has not offered any answers as to the possible deaths of Glenn and Rick. The show airs Sundays on AMC.
