In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the UFC Champ said that she finds the WWE Divas Revolution storyline interesting and she would like a part in it. Not just as a guest though, because she even wants a match against the Divas Champion, Charlotte.
Every WWE and UFC fan knows that the UFC Champ made headlines this year when she made her WWE debut as a guest at one of the biggest pay-per-view events in the history of WWE, Wrestlemania 31. The crowd went wild as she did a submission move on the queen of WWE, Stephanie McMahon. Knowing that everything that has something to do with the company is scripted, this sparked rumors that maybe she is cooking something up under wraps with them.
Fast forward a couple of months later, she ignited rumors again with WWE because she said that she would love to join the Divas Revolution.
"I'm really excited that they've brought up all these great women from NXT, who are all different from the normal mold they would use for the Divas division. I'm not going to take credit for anything, but I definitely want to be part of it as much as I can." said Rousey in the interview with Rolling Stone.
The current WWE Divas Champion, according to Fox Sports, is the daughter of the legendary Ric Flair, Charlottle Flair. And when Ronda Rousey was asked if she would be willing to fight for the title, she said "I'm ready, I've seen NXT. I have so many obligations, but I really want to find a way to make it happen. I'm a huge fan wrestling, and I would like to see the position of women in the sport continue to improve, so if I can be a part of it, great."
Not to be a debbie downer for Ronda, but if she's been keeping up with the Divas Revolution, it's might not go so well and might be a pocketful of sunshine if she would breathe a little life into it.
