Riding in fire with the success of George Miller's "Fury Road" is "Mad Max" game, developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. And now, the latter has released the game's patch 4 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Not only will it involve both improvements on performance and maps, but will also provide support for Steam controller.
According to International Business Times, despite receiving mixed praises for the story, game world design, and vehicular combat, among others, "Mad Max" still revolves around issues regarding unstable frame rate, texture pop-up and audio files. Nonetheless, all of these have not discouraged gamers to play the game.
Fortunately, as reported by GearNuke, Warner Bros has recently announced the availability of "Mad Max" patch 4 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The update is believed to have a lot of notable additions as well as fixes on performance and maps. One new addition for PC is the Steam Controller support as well as other bug fixes. Meanwhile, it is believed that the company reportedly asked "Mad Max" players to send pictures of funny Wasteland moments
PlayStationLifeStyle, on the other hand, comprehensively noted all the patch notes for "Mad Max" that apply to all platforms. From fixing problems with Great Watcher's bridge and The Jaw's locks, improved location performance and softlock issues corrections, to Camera problem fixes, patch 4 seem to have given the game a huge amount of resolutions. And if gamers are experiencing issues with Insignias not accurately tracked after being tracked, that should not be an issue anymore with the recent patch release.
As for the Win64 specific updates, one notable fix is with the controls in the Map screen. This will reportedly avoid having the "Action" control to result in placing a Marker in the map. Moreover, the UI conflict issue for Settings has been addressed.
Now that "Mad Max" has received its new patch thanks to Warner Bros, everything should be working accordingly. PS4, PC, and Xbox owners can continue burning the fire in the "Fury Road."
