Samsung Galaxy Note 6 To Arrive Q2 2016; Flagship Phablet to Sport Snapdragon 820 SoC, 30MP Snapper, 4K Resolution

The successor of the flagship Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be the Galaxy Note 6 that will arrive as a Phablet device. It is said that Samsung could launch this new device in Q2 of 2016.

Latinos Post wrote that the upcoming Galaxy Note 6 is projected to come with the same or a larger display compared to Note 5 that features a 5.7-inch screen. In addition, the foldable screen will possibly come with 4K resolution. This new gadget may be equipped with 8GB of RAM and 16-core Exynos processor.

For camera configuration, this alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is reported to sport a 30-megapixel back camera and a 16-megapixel on the front. It may also feature a fast charging technology where the battery will be allowed to reach 40% of charge in only 4 minutes. This device will be available with 16GB to 256GB of internal memory options.

According to Android Standard, the South Korean giant is now working on the notable Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Chipset that will be utilized in flagships which will be shipped in the next few years. Thus, it appears that Samsung will be releasing a version of Galaxy Note 6 that features the Snapdragon 820 SoC. Latest information suggests that the Snapdragon 820 will include Eight Custom cores called as Kryo.

However, the clock speed of these cores is not identified as of this moment. In addition, the Snapdragon 820 chipset will come along with Adreno 530 GPU which will deliver better quality and will also eat lesser power.

What's more, the Galaxy Note 6 which features the Snapdragon was also reported to support LTE-U band of 4G, since the Snapdragon 820 will arrive with X12 modem that can deliver 600MBPS download and 150MBPS upload speeds. It is also mentioned that users will be able to enjoy capturing 4K videos at 30fps without any log in this new device.

A retractable keyboard may be chosen by the company to include in the forthcoming Galaxy Note 6. Again, it is said that this could be a phablet device that sports a 4K resolution, and truly this possibility has been increased due to Sony' s 4K handsets that have been released, Value walk noted.
